Last date for submission of forms is Saturday 23rd July 2005.
O' Level candidates must apply at the same time as Matric students. Provisional Certificates should be attached.
To avoid disappointment candidates are advised to apply to other institutes as well. Hostels seats are limited. Application forms for the Hostel will be available separately at the college with Mr Johnson in the main office.
Each application must be accompanied by :
- An attested photocopy of the Secondary School Certificate.
- A Character / School-Leaving Certificate.
- A passport size photograph with the candidate's name at the back.
- Photocopy of the Migration / Transfer Certificates from the Board under which the applicant appeared for the Matriculation Examination , if other than the Lahore Board.
- The Equivalence Certificate ( for candidates who apply on the basis of an Examination other than Matric)
